A murder case happened in a parlor of Changsha, south of China at 4pm in June 13th, local time. A man who was the boss of this parlor and a woman argued over 10 Yuan or $1.6, then the man stabbed the woman to death.
After that, he fled to the fifth floor of a building roof, struggled for more than two hours. The police try to advise him. However, at 7pm he jumped from the roof and dead.
