“Fall Well Girl” incident just calmed down, today fall well incident took place in Changsha. This morning, in Changsha Kaifu District Jijing district, Mrs. Wang holding 2-year-old grandson walked on a manhole cover of the lane, unexpectedly the lid turned over, she fell into the well with her grandson. At this critical juncture, she threw the child, fortunately her hands caught the well base outside which saved her. Currently, the community has paid the injured medical expenses and the cover has also been repaired. However, still no department expressed their willingness to take responsibility.
