In the afternoon of July 20, foundation stone laying ceremony of the Sky City(name of the building) was held in Changsha. The developers expressed it would be completed next April, and could be used in May or June, 2014. On June 5 last year, the government of Changsha and the developers reached an agreement that they would build the highest building in the world. The building will be as high as 838 meters, which is 10 meters higher than the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Image may be NSFW.
