As shown in the pictures, two residential buildings near the junction of Chazishan Road and Yinshan Road right get in the way of Chazishan Road in Changsha City, provincial capital of Hunan province.
Those two residential buildings were built in 2001 as removal placement buildings during the time when Yinshan Road was being built. However, 10 years later, in 2010, when a new urban plan called waterfront-landscape recreational and commercial zone was carried out, Chazishan Road was also built and got conflicted with the former urban planning. Now the 14 families who have lived in those two building for 12 years have to face a second removal. (reported by 南方都市报)
